Fedora was my first distro and I will undoubtedly be tied to her for the lifetime. It has served me faithfully every time on laptops, desktops, servers, and PIs. At this time, there are two proposals that have received greater care and interesting, they are further skimming and reworking of a long process to rebrand the old logo.
The new Fedora logo. From the idea to the design
The new logo idea started in a Fedora design ticket at the request of the Fedora Project Leader Matthew Miller and has been discussed openly in all the Fedora community channels.

Eventually, as all great design brainstorming processes go, you have to pick a direction, refine it, and make a final decision. We need your help in picking a direction. Here are two logo candidates representing two different directions we could go in for a Fedora logo redesign.

In my opinion, I’d pick candidate#2, a strong rebrand in a minimalist sauce where is no longer feel of the classic logo. I guess I like it better because it seems really something new, I see candidate#1 more as a retouch of the old logo. But it’s only my two cents.
